Project Overview

Developed an automated closed-loop environmental control system designed to continuously monitor soil micro-climates and precisely regulate liquid delivery metrics without human intervention.

Technical Execution

  • Firmware Architecture: Programmed hardware control loops in C/C++ to systematically poll multi-channel analog moisture sensors at high frequencies while filtering signal noise.

  • Hardware Integration: Interfaced a central microcontroller with low-voltage DC liquid pumps and active relay isolation modules to handle power fluctuations smoothly.

  • System Optimization: Configured precision threshold calibration curves to prevent system over-saturation and optimize resource sustainability.
