Project Overview

Designed and modeled a dynamic traffic signal orchestration matrix using digital logic simulation arrays to safely optimize pedestrian crossing sequences and transit timing constraints.

Technical Execution

  • State Machine Modeling: Built comprehensive state transition charts to accurately map crossing request inputs, safety delay intervals, and warning telemetry sequences.

  • Software Simulation: Developed and validated the architectural timing constraints inside Simulink and MATLAB, running transient loop analyses to ensure zero state-clashing under erratic user demands.

  • Logic Verification: Applied rigorous Boolean simplification and hardware-in-the-loop gate logic concepts to ensure the layout is fully ready for physical FPGA or IC deployment.
